No scary, dark, or horror-themed costumes
No inappropriate, revealing, or sexy costumes
No cleavage or form‑fitted adult costumes
No weapons or weapon-like props
Costumes should be positive, friendly, and uplifting
Themes must align with “Something God Made” or “Bible Character”
